The hard way:
type "about:cache" in the url bar (without quotes). Go to the folder specified, and grab the file.
The easy way:
1) Right-click on page.
2) Select "View Page Info"
3) Click the "Media" tab (for flash files, images, etc)
4) Find your file
5) "Save As"
